Sheets of Dupont Corian are 144 inches in length and 30 inches in width. They also can be bought in half sheets for smaller projects where the length would be 72 inches. The thickness of the material is 1/2 inch thick although some colors come even thinner for use in shower surround installations. For kitchen countertops the edge is built up to give the appearance of a 1 and a 1/2 inch edge.

The sheets are delivered to a fabricator you turns the sheeted prodcut into a countertop. This requires skilled craftsmanship and a whole lot of sanding.
