The standard height for a Caesarstone backsplash will be the same as all other quartz products ( i.e. Zodiaq, Viatera, Silestone). The standard height is 4 inches.

That being said, 4 inches is not a requirement. You can make the backsplash any height that you wish. Full height backsplashes go all the way from the top of the countertop to the upper cabinets. Traditionally this is about 18 inches.
